We accept cancellations within 24 hours of order completion. You will receive a full refund with no questions asked.
After Shipment
Once the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. You may request a return after receiving the item.

Return Shipping Fees
OUR FAULT
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs. No fees for you.
CUSTOMER DECISION
If you change your mind or order by mistake, you are responsible for return shipping. Maximum shipping charge: $20.
